Considering the vast diversity within ceramics and crafts, the decision to incorporate computer technology represents a natural and timely evolution of the medium.

Currently, this endeavor is in the initial phase of exploration and trial-and-error. I have begun fusing small, custom-made circuit boards—equipped with non-OS microcontrollers—into three-dimensional ceramic and porcelain forms. This is merely the beginning.

I anticipate an era when sophisticated operating systems, and eventually Artificial Intelligence (AI), become deeply integrated into the world of craft. When that moment arrives, the philosophical framework of the craft—its ability to resonate with technology—will become paramount. I believe the application of these technologies holds astonishing potential for the future of artistic practice.

I foresee a future where individuals with a passion for computing will increasingly choose the path of the creative artist, generating new works that radically transcend conventional boundaries. I hold especially high expectations for this younger generation of creators.

The exponential acceleration of technological development makes the emergence of new, future life forms seem inevitable. Contemplating the profound potential risks of this future, I find myself driven to create these very forms—the "Unknown" Series"—a process that compels me further into the boundless realm of creation.
